Today I will help you explore the free SAP Learning Journeys from SAP.

SAP Learning Journeys provide free, easy-to-navigate learning content which helps you gain the skills you need and to prepare for an SAP Certification.

There are currently around 44 learning journeys that you can take for free. Each of them covers a topic, a theme or a specific SAP module or technology.

Some of them grant you a digital badge as a record of achievement upon completion of all the quizzes. A great asset for your job research.

Some prepare you to take the official certification exam.

If you are ready to invest and get certified, you can buy exam vouchers. You know, the paid exams and courses are better valued in the market.

Search for SAP exam codes on google: CER001 for 1 attempt, or CER006 for 6 attempts (can be used for taking different exams). You also have the CERS01 for students which seems to be the cheapest one for ~125€ depending on your location.

All SAP exams can be taken remotely from home, you just need to buy a voucher and book a date in advance from the available time slots. And have an internet connection with a webcam.

For that you gonna have to create an account in the SAP Learning hub and link your voucher to your account but this is not the goal of our newsletter. So let's focus on the free content :)

All topics are cutting-edge technology with very demanded content.

If you don't know where to start from, I recommend to focus on these areas :

• RISE With SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, since it’s the latest ERP from SAP and SAP puts a lot of efforts and investments to push this solution in the market.

• SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). This is the best platform that SAP offers to customise, extend and integrate all SAP solutions in the cloud.

• SAP SIGNAVIO, the best of breed portfolio of solutions for Business Process Intelligence. It has been acquired last year so SAP puts lot of efforts and investments to make it successful. If you learn this topic you will have less competition and be a pioneer in Business Process intelligence, instead of focusing on classical ERP topics.

• SAP AppGyver (rebranded into the so-called SAP Build portfolio), the SAP No-Code solution to develop mobile and web apps for B2B and B2C. No-code is the topic of the future, it saves developers 100s of hours and weeks helping them be more productive. Combining that with the SAP ecosystem and integrating to the SAP portfolio of solutions may offer unlimited opportunities.

Ok, so how to start studying for free?

If it’s your first time with SAP learning content, you can start from the student zone of SAP Learning. You will discover what is SAP, why is SAP important in the job market etc.

You will then have access to free learning journeys classified by student profile such as developer, data analyst or consultant.

Finally if you already know what you want to learn you can jump directly to the list of SAP free learning journeys and get started or join a student learning community from the SAP Students’ Corner. There you might get access to a free SAP sandbox text system.
